Convenient place to stay while in Zermatt. Lots of good food, we loved it. The very central location short walk from a train station.

I loved CHARMING location and my exceptional room. Relaxing bar and attractive staff. Exquisite view, a beautiful balcony, incredible bed, too. Continental breakfast was freshly cooked. Reasonably priced place with efficient service too.
Wi-Fi was very spotty, made me a little nervous.

the staff was best and the place was fairly clean. there were cozy and beautiful rooms with comfortable beds. i had central heating and a hairdryer in the room, it were just what i needed.

Room was unique; staff was very efficient; location was top. Historic style hotel with Spanish furniture in the rooms. The food was awesome and included meats, eggs and fresh bread. There were strong internet and paid parking available.

Staff was welcoming and hotel was very clean. We loved the very big room, plus the sunny balcony in it. Ideal location, 5 minutes' walk to a unique museum. Not to mention fast wifi!
